Dubai & UAE Beaches Guide Top Spots for Sun, Sea & Relaxation

Best Beaches in Dubai & UAE for a Perfect Vacation

UAE and Dubai have world-class beaches. These beaches have pure blue waters and white sand, so you can spend all day there without becoming bored! Ten beaches for every beach lover:

La Mer Beach Dubai

Dubai’s most popular beach is La Mer Beach Resort’s. The Dh50-per-person beach is open from 8 am to 8 pm. If you don’t have a beach blanket or sunbed, it’s private and costs money to use.

Lifeguards are on duty during normal business hours (9 am-6 pm), so anyone can swim there without knowing how dangerous it would be if they were alone in shallow seas where sharks live! We recommend bringing our kids here since their favorite cartoon, “Dolphin Tale,” was filmed on this beach!

Mamzar Beach Jumeirah Dubai

Located in Jumeirah, this beach is popular with families. It has a beach club and a beach bar, where you can relax after a day at the beach. The restaurant also serves some great food options for lunch or dinner!

Kite Beach Dubai

Kite surfers love Kite Beach in Dubai. With its brilliant blue waves and white sand, Kite Beach is ideal in winter.

Remember that visitors cannot bring food or drink onto Kite Beach, so prepare your picnic supplies before visiting. Dogs, drinking, smoking, and littering are also prohibited!

If you’re searching for anything other than sunbathing on the beach, consider attending one of their guided tours, which includes a trip up into their hills to see amazing views and learn about native plant life.

Al Mamzar Beach Park Dubai

Al Mamzar Beach Park offers a cheap and entertaining beach day. Dubai’s eastern park is a few kilometers from downtown. It’s perfect for day or night visitors who don’t want to stay in their hotel room (like myself). You can eat at neighboring restaurants before hitting the beach or sea!

The facility provides free showers, bathrooms, changing rooms, boogie boards, and beach chairs! An outdoor pool makes it easy for everyone—including kids—to decide where to go after arriving at this excellent site.”

Jumeirah Beach Residence Public Beach Dubai

Jumeirah Beach Residence Public Beach lets you unwind. It’s accessible via taxi or rental car from most of Dubai. Many surrounding hotels offer seclusion.

The water temperature ranges from 15°C (59°F) in winter to 28°C (82°F) in summer, which may not seem like much compared to other beaches around here, but if you’re from somewhere colder than 30°C (86°F), count yourself lucky! This beach resort’s excellent white sand with little stones is perfect for sunbathing barefoot! If you need internet while visiting, don’t worry—most areas have wifi!

Dubai Marina Public Beach – Hilton Public Beach

Unwind at Dubai Marina Public Beach. It’s in Downtown Dubai’s restaurant and shopping district. Hilton Hotel & Residences – Marina Towers offers amazing city skyline views from its balconies and poolside patio.

On most days, the beach includes a huge pool with sun loungers and umbrellas for rent (weather permitting). Showers are also available!

Al Sufouh Park

Relax in Al Sufouh Park. The park requires a fee because it’s in Jumeirah Beach Residence. Adults pay Dh20, while children aged 5–14 enter free with an adult.

After paying your entrance charge and buying some basics from their shop, visit one of the nearby cafés or eateries for a fantastic meal! After all those beach days, there are many places to get a quick bite—and don’t forget the ice cream!

Umm Suqeim Public Beach

Umm Suqeim Public Beach is located in Dubai Marina and can be visited day or night. You can rent a sunbed or umbrella on the beach, which is open from 8 am until 10 pm. Many restaurants and cafes nearby serve drinks, food, ice cream, and more!

If you want to go jet skiing on the beach, several companies offer this service if available during your stay at Umm Suqeim Public Beach (check with them before going).
